[On one particular day, Seta can be found on the observation deck of the Star Rose. She's slowly going through an old looking tome that is written in a mysterious language. Perhaps it's unlike her, but she speaks to herself as she wonders...]

...I know that there are humans as vile as the hostile Kijin we have faced. That is part of the reason why 'The Reminder' was created.
Sometimes...I do wonder if I am truly doing what is right...slaying my own kind without remorse and without considering their individual reasons, but protecting humans while being aware that cruel ones exist...

The Kijin we have encountered so far have all been hostile...yet I cannot say the same for every single one I have fought, especially before my time with the Unity Group. Some emerged from the Gates dazed and confused...
The Foundation's existence proves that we can suppress our instincts...so, there may be those who are no longer hostile within that prison, and simply wish to escape.

I can understand not wanting to whitewash things... it's not like it was propaganda to make you the Foundation hate humans, after all.

...Many of us do believe that complete integration with those of Earth would only benefit us.
Some are very eager to do so, and reading this makes them more careful...while those who I consider the wisest in the Foundation have said that: 'to achieve that, the knowledge in this guide is invaluable.'
...But I do wonder if we are being impartial about this when it comes to ourselves. We are taught to treat all Kijin from the Gates the same way, without exception...

They didn't come because they wanted to integrate or be part of Earth... they just came to kill. And that makes fighting against them all the more right.
