... It can be, yes.

But the Kijin who came through the Gates all wanted to spread destruction and misery. If we hadn't fought against them, a lot of people could've died.

They didn't come because they wanted to integrate or be part of Earth... they just came to kill. And that makes fighting against them all the more right.

The population of Kijin that are imprisoned is vast, Flit...and it has been some time since the war...

When we look at sentient beings on Earth...we do not consider all members of one race hostile simply because a single group chooses to be.

[She brings a closed hand up to her chest.]

...I will still do what I am able to...to protect. But after fighting here against all these enemies, I...find it difficult to believe that all Kijin outside the Foundation mean to do us harm.
