And neither is an Eishi when he sorties against the BETA. As a matter of fact we traditionally sortie in much higher numbers. Anyone who proclaims to be a great solitary savior is a liar or delusional.

Good, if you're ever worried about this again let me know. Now I don't know about you but I'm hungry and heard they've got steaks in the mess today. They're pretty rare to get and would be a nice change of pace don't you think?

Steaks? Really? Now that's a rare opportunity... I wonder did something good happen.

If I had to guess it may be a bit of a morale booster given the pair of hard missions that just happened back to back. I'll take it since they've got some top class chefs to cook them rather than the ones they had at Groom Lake, couldn't cook anything except chicken there without turning it into shoe leather for some reason.

Not quite but we did come close. We also got into a heap of trouble when we ordered a bunch of pizzas to be delivered to the base. They were confiscated and disposed of supposedly but the senior officers were a lot happier for a few days after that.

Yeah, we basically figured what happened as well. We got our revenge later when we had the enlisted in the mess who went in with us prepare "special" dishes for the senior officers. We managed to time that one well enough and mask the efforts of what happened to a "bad" batch of cans.

Yeah those were certainly interesting times, but with everything else going on now completely inappropriate here.
