1. (Semi-locked, permissions only)
[Although it's time to leave via the shuttle...Seta insists that everyone goes ahead first; she won't take long. She's dismissed her Craft and returned to the place where Kazan was slain, mainly hoping to run into Astara...but she's all but disappeared.
What is still there though, is something only Kijin can perceive. Just like it was with the gold dragon, Ilnaha, before - the phoenix's soul remains, as it should be. Before she goes around wondering what happened to all the lesser Kijin that disappeared, this was something important that she had to do.]

I apologize for this...
[She raises a hand towards the distortion, and it is absorbed into her palm as a ball of light, which soon transforms into daisho - in this case comprised of a long katana and a wakizashi - sheathed in black metal scabbards on the left of her coat's waist.
Seta decides to try them out a bit too, quick-drawing both and making several clean slices through the air. The blades seem to have a fiery glimmer to them. Using these is not something alien to her, and she finds that they can combine in two ways - by the pommels to form a dual-ended blade, or side-by-side to form a larger sword.
Once she's satisfied, she quickly twirls and sheathes both, in proper fashion for such blades as it should be done, and they vanish in a ribbon of flames.]

2. (Open - takes place after returning to base.)

[Despite the relative success of the mission, the Zhar Battalion surviving and all, something still troubles Seta. She's been trying to cheer herself up by watching a children's show starring an indescribable, silly-looking creature.
She knows she still owes Kei an explanation, at least. But at the same time, she's just as confused about what is really going on. There was no opportunity to ask Astara either...]

...I am fine...
You agreed to help me watch Astara...so, the least I could do is share the reason...

None of us know why Astara has been investigating these disappearances; she refuses to answer when asked...so Madame wanted me to find out the truth from her...
...And when she appeared in that battle, the same thing occurred.

And I don't think she's doing it...She wouldn't draw attention to it if she did, right?

Not for now...however, the form you saw my Craft take; that was only possible because I was somehow able to absorb the soul of a higher-class Kijin we defeated previously.
A Kijin wielding such an ability cannot be ruled out...and...
[She pauses and lowers her head slightly.]
...As much as I would like to dismiss Astara's involvement...her behavior during the battle was more than just strange...

And how did Astara act strange? I don't know her, so I can't tell.

Astara herself has never been so...evasive...all the years I have known her. She is always honest, and has never disobeyed orders despite not staying with the Foundation...until recently, which was also when the string of disappearances began to rise in number. I believe this is where the Foundation's suspicions lie.
That is why...I will try to ask them for another chance to prove her innocence. Whether it is her doing or not, only Astara knows the answer to this now...

Then, it is even more important that I obtain this second chance to speak to her properly...
The Foundation is the authority on Kijin affairs, and I owe them much for supporting me even now. They are my family, as Astara is my friend - without them...I would not have been able to survive on Earth, and join the Unity Group.
To believe that they are responsible...is not a small matter...

And cynically speaking it could help save others as well.
