1. (Semi-locked, permissions only)
[Although it's time to leave via the shuttle...Seta insists that everyone goes ahead first; she won't take long. She's dismissed her Craft and returned to the place where Kazan was slain, mainly hoping to run into Astara...but she's all but disappeared.
What is still there though, is something only Kijin can perceive. Just like it was with the gold dragon, Ilnaha, before - the phoenix's soul remains, as it should be. Before she goes around wondering what happened to all the lesser Kijin that disappeared, this was something important that she had to do.]

I apologize for this...
[She raises a hand towards the distortion, and it is absorbed into her palm as a ball of light, which soon transforms into daisho - in this case comprised of a long katana and a wakizashi - sheathed in black metal scabbards on the left of her coat's waist.
Seta decides to try them out a bit too, quick-drawing both and making several clean slices through the air. The blades seem to have a fiery glimmer to them. Using these is not something alien to her, and she finds that they can combine in two ways - by the pommels to form a dual-ended blade, or side-by-side to form a larger sword.
Once she's satisfied, she quickly twirls and sheathes both, in proper fashion for such blades as it should be done, and they vanish in a ribbon of flames.]

2. (Open - takes place after returning to base.)

[Despite the relative success of the mission, the Zhar Battalion surviving and all, something still troubles Seta. She's been trying to cheer herself up by watching a children's show starring an indescribable, silly-looking creature.
She knows she still owes Kei an explanation, at least. But at the same time, she's just as confused about what is really going on. There was no opportunity to ask Astara either...]
...Just...what are you up to...?

[There were some careful, if heavy sounding steps close by. The voice that spoke out was downright hesitant as well.]

Who were you apologizing to?

Can I help you...?

I have been watching it for years...

Um...well...that is...
[No, she has no idea how to explain this...at least not while in a panic from being overheard.]

[Leos laughs nervously. He still had the jitters from way back when. The eyes still creeped him out.]

[Izuru stares at the screen for a few moments.]
What is it about?
From:
no subject
Just...tired...
[And very afraid that you'll freak out on her again. But, small details.]
...Are you?
From:

[She points at...whatever that red thing is supposed to be.]
...He is rather silly at times...

[Izuru chuckles at the onscreen antics.]
What kind of creature are you, Chop-kun?

[Leos shrugs and shivers a little.]
I'm just happy things were... almost okay out there. The BETA really creep me out... especially since...
[He was very hesitant to continue and just prefers to let the sentence die an awkward death before just sitting down to watch TV with Seta.]
... This looks pretty old...
From:

[Since she doesn't know how to proceed with that either, Seta is fine with it. On the other hand...]
It is...
...That is Chop-kun.
From:

However, I do not believe that question was ever answered.
[She stops to recall something.]
Astara once speculated that he is a representation of a heroic Kijin...but Madame believes that he is just a weak and useless animal instead.

But Madame's description sounds too harsh if you ask me.

And I am one of the few who watches this now.

[Point.]
...It is one of my favorite programs.

[Kei didn't appear to be up to much, she was just quietly approaching carrying two plates with a slice of cake on each. Cake that by the look of it she had baked herself.]
Can I have a seat as well?
From:
no subject
[Well, she's certainly never seen cake quite like that before...]

[Kei took the seat offered, placing one of the plates in front of Seta's seat, before taking a bite herself.]
Feeling better?

How she managed to eat something so sweet that quickly is a mystery.]

What is this about, in more detail? I don't think I ever heard about it before.

But I do hope he does not change.
