No...in fact, it is usually just the opposite.

I suspect that everyone might have a limited amount of luck in their life.

The fact that I never won a single umbrella in my life might be related to the fact that I'm still alive to this day. That's because I use my luck bit by bit in the battlefield! I might've never won a thing, but I survive near death experiences.
