Ha! Hyaah!
[After dealing a lethal blow to a practice dummy, Sielje puts down her weapon. The knight is sweaty but for once, seems content. And the weapon in question is not her usual sword, but a long rod. A practice spear.]
Yes, I did not forget. I still have the arm for this.

[2]
Ahem. Do not misunderstand, it is not my intent to request my work done for me.
But there must be a better way to do this.
[Sielje is covered in paint, a large brush in her hand. In the background, her handiwork - a beginning of some kind of shape forming on a large mobile suit shield. A shape painted by hand, as half-empty cans littering underneath betray.]
I know there is a device of sorts for this kind of... purpose. But I know not how to operate it, and...
[She glances at the mess, embarassed.]

Ah, but I did make sure I am allowed to do that. I am not taking for myself a rare piece of armor or anything as such.

Why would touring a factory raise morale? Did you sing something inspirational?
From:

No. But I'm famous, everyone in my team is and the military sold us as heroes to build civilian morale. I was just there to show that the military cared.

But I can believe it. Your own actions have proved time and time again that you care for safety of others.

We all are...The military made a big deal out of it after our first victory more than a year ago.

If I understand this right, all of it was what you were made to do. Not something you did by yourself.
On Ankaia, everyone would want to be Champion - or a champion, if given choice. Even if they were not strong enough for it.

...
And.
There are different types of strength. I accept that now.

Kei.
Were I to say something important, would you listen to me?
It is not a matter of importance for Ankaia, or even any group of people. Only for me.

I lived my life because I wanted to be strong. I needed strength, which I always lacked. When I was very young... I was of poor health. My fathers could have abandoned me, but they did not. They nurtured me as well as they could.
They were not lords, or knights, they could not fight. No one on Ankaia will sing their praises or remember them. I too, at times felt as if... as if they were at fault. If I had blood of strong Lords in my veins, perhaps I could... what a selfish thought, is it not?
[Sielje gazes at the unfinished emblem on the shield.]
I want them to be remembered. And... even though they are dead and I may no longer speak to them.
But I hope they forgive me.

And strangers don't know you anyway, just some public idea of you.

[Such as the Burned Out.]
These are important for every man and woman of Ankaia, you know. Important, but they do not show the truth. And here on Earth... it is similar.
Thank you for listening to me, Kei.

There's something I should tell you as well. It's important for Earth, but more for me and the rest of my team.

Re: 2/2
[Sielje nods sincerely.]
Speak up your mind regardless. I will listen carefully. It would be unfair of me not to.

Re: 2/2
...Family always feels weird to talk about. I don't have one. Me, my team and everybody else from the MJP program are clones of human and Wulgaru parents, created to pilot the AHSMBs. When I was twelve, the military took me from the foster family who raised me and removed my memories to teach me to be a soldier without interference from previous ties.
When we were presented to the world, they just threw us out there as their miraculous creations as much as our weapons. Without preparing us for dealing with civilians.
It was only meeting people at Unity Group that made us realize we could do or be anything else...

It was not only being a champion.
Your whole life was forced by someone else.
