Great Emperor Invicta

(This occurs during the Screaming Souls mission)

Suddenly, Earth has been transported to a weird alien dimension - the Kijin world. A gigantic multi-armed creature has manifested in Earth orbit. The Kijin Emperor Invicta is here, unleashing his armies upon the world. The time of humanity has passed and it is time for the Kijin to take what is theirs.

Except that humanity will not take it standing.

Comm lines are in chaos, the TSEN is malfunctioning - but whatever forces could arrive in time have thrown themselves at the giant emperor and his minions. UN Spacy's ships and VFs, various mobile suits in differing stages of being outdated, as well as more familiar faces.


"Let's go guys! Time to show our juniors what's up!"

"Why are you so eager to die, Randy?"

"Ah... Tamaki..."

Team Dobermans are there, giving their all. So is a certain mobile suit ace in his custom white unit. So is the Chimera's representative and the Chaos Leo. And on the sides of the battlefield, trying not to draw attention but fighting just as hard as everyone else, one may spot a group of customized Gespenst Sterbens and a squad of TSFs marked with a certain emblem.


And the most unbelievable thing - is that despite the enemy's huge size and superiority in numbers, the Kijin are getting pushed away. Even the Emperor is getting wounded, small explosions forming on his giant form.

Now is the time to aid fellow humans in their struggle for survival! Members of Unity Group, give your all!

(This is a combat log, and following enemies are there to be fought:

Majesty - centaur-like kijin clad in black armor, wielding lances or swords and large tower shields. They are tough and fast.

Shadow - black catlike kijin with glowing red eyes and four spiked tails. Very agile and hard to hit. Can also teleport.

Luminous - flying kijin with dragon heads, bodies of a centipede and four mantis arms. They can breathe fire and shoot out energy waves from their arms, also explode if killed.

Haze - larger than the rest, they look like tattered cloaks with the person underneath missing. They can teleport, fire off energy blasts, and drain energy at a close range. These are the most rare but also significantly more powerful than the rest.

All kijin are M sized except Haze which are L.)

[The Majesty hesitates. What is this weird sensation? But then the kijin notices it comes from a tiny fairy - and charges, trying to impale Kagura on its lance.

Except, it doesn't. The tip even touches Kagura's body, but bounces off it harmlessly.]

Major Kagura!

[And here's the reason why. Ren stands in a side corridor leading to a safe area, eyes closed and arms spread wide, a flower of red blood sprouting on their chest.]

Now is the time. Unleash your power!

[Only it seems Ren too believes Kagura has some kind of secret weapon here...]

[Oh fuckdammit. Bloody amateur mistake. She forgot what she has to work with here. These are not her highly trained Executors with an ability to pick things up. These are a pile of morons and they ate the bait better than the actual enemy did.

Well then, time for plan B. She may be less fast than she's in her suit, but she still can damn well bait and read one of these dumb creatures. With luck the Unity idiots will catch on after a few seconds. So as a second stab comes by, Kagura floats to the side, throws her needle at the armored helmet challengingly (which does a very light "clink"), and flies inbetween the much larger Kijin's legs well out of its reach. Welcome to why quadrupedal shapes are a pain in the behind]

[The wall behind Ren crumbles down.]

"Get 'em!"

"Alright! I'll show you the power of an ordinary pilot!"

[A squad of mobile suits crashes through it like the Kool Aid Man. Genoaces, Daughtresses and other outdated units cover the kijin with a swarm of weak physical bullets and beam spray gun blasts, but the barrage is unrelenting. Finally, a spiralling DODS Gun shot pierces through the Majesty, putting it out of its misery.]

"Could it be? My first kill!"

I didn't actually mean that for you, Major Kagura. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

[Kagura floats lower, breathing very heavily and clutching at her chest. That burst of speed back there did not do her any favors. She directs a glare at Ren that seems to say "took your bloody sweet time".]

Mr Drace and friends came here as fast as they could. Please do not blame them.

[Ren walks in closer and speaks in a conversational tone, despite the bloodstain on their chest.]

But, I'm afraid this isn't over yet, is it? Far from it.

[Kagura takes a couple seconds to wheeze, looking at Ren with a hateful face. Then she points at two of the units and points towards the targeting field outside. She does the same pointing one to the front with two covers, two on the left, and so on, very quickly. Kagura has the entire area memorized by heart because she's a paranoid asshole, so she can make a suggestion for defensive positions in seconds. Of course, whether someone will bother to pay attention to something so small that were it not for the fact that to the sensor arrays right now she looks like a mini sun of an energy spike nobody would have even seen her is a different matter entirely]

[Ren waves widely at the mobile suits, trying to get their pilots' attention.]
