BROKEN IN FAITHFULNESS

[So, Kagura was revealed to be a little Mistletoe after her last operation a couple weeks ago. She left her operation bed after a couple days. Since then, she's been absolutely nowhere to be seen, the door to her room always closed and nothing answering any attempts at knocking on it (and attempts at vent-crawling finding themselves thwarted by automated laser fire defenses - Kagura is kind of paranoid).

Today, though, for some reason you're wandering about at somewhere around 3AM, the time when absolutely nobody in this area of Alhambra should be even awake - and you can hear a metallic clatter that probably shouldn't be there. And investigating it has you find...

...the tiny form of a Mistletoe grunting and struggling to lift a pen about as big as she is from the ground with trembling little arms, clearly taking her a lot of effort. On the plus side, she seems so busy and exerting with her current task that she didn't notice you there.

Umm... you can try writing with the pen if you want to.

[Izuru puts the sheet of paper, and the writing implements, in Kagura's reach.]

[Kagura hesitates for a few seconds, clearly having trouble with a decision, before softly emitting a nearly-inaudible high-pitched whine that sounds kinda like a kitten (which is all her throat can make approaching a sigh) and picking up the smaller pencil - which is still kind of like heaving a zweihander for her, but she can at least sort of hold it with effort]

[Alright! Now Izuru is going to wait and see what's Kagura going to write.]

[With a grunt of effort, Kagura shifts and begins very slowly writing, her arms trembling at the holding of the heavy pencil, and needing a couple seconds of breather after every two or three letters]

WHY... AR...E...YOU...HE...RE

[...which is really kind of a fair question, because it's three and a half in the morning in the most remote part of the Alhambra offices and Izuru is not even stationed here]

I wanted to look at the sunrise.

[Izuru is kinda embarassed to admit it.]

I asked others to come but it's too late, and besides the time wasn't right anywhere but at Alhambra, this is why I'm here.

[Kagura can only stare for a moment. He's telling the truth and she knows it. Which only makes this entire damn thing even more absurd.

Kagura almost laughs at the sheer stupidity of her life. She stops herself from doing so because that would only lead to another coughing fit.]

Umm... nothing wrong with that, right?

After all, sunrises on Earth and in space are two different things.
