Heroic recuperation

[Izuru woke up. His condition is declared good, he just needs a bit of rest - and he can see visitors. Anyone who does come visit will see that he's busy, as usual, drawing in his sketchbook. What did he draw is a mystery - unless you sneak a peek!]

I'm fine as you can see. Actually, I feel great! But I'm really glad you came to see me.

We did a good job out there. That's what I'd call a victory if I ever saw one.

"I mean, you entered some kind of super mode during that fight with that Wulgaru hot shot. And then blacked out. You sure you're alright?"

It's no big deal, AHSMB systems synchronize with the pilot all the time. If Red Five suffered from strain, it's only fair that I had a bit of that too.

"Right..." Dido says cautiously, as if handling a fluffy but mysterious animal. "Weren't you the one who told me earlier that we can't prioritize machines over human life?"

You remembered? I'm really glad!

Well, I'm not as beaten up as Red Five is, am I?

"Heh! I'm glad you're glad too..."

"Stop changing the subject! How come you're so...so charismatic all of a sudden?"

What do you mean? I'm the same as usual, doing my best at being a hero.

"Aye...but usually you're more of a..."

Dido decides to come straight out with it. "...dork about it."

That's kinda rude, isn't it? But it's okay, I don't mind.

I don't know what you're talking about either, though. I'm always like this.

"Not really." Dido drawls.

She flips open Izuru's portfolio. "I mean, look at this! Look at what you're drawing!"

Ah, this? It's pretty good, wouldn't you say? I think I really captured the moment there!
