A Mysterious Package

Russel had not been around as much as one might have expected. He's been busy with Halloween plan work and it showed he was in the hanger bay of Star Rose and was over seeing the alteration of several space manoeuvrability systems related to the Gespenst MKII Kai. He had just finished up work for the day when to his shock a delivery man shows up with a clip board and tells him a shipment of energy drinks in his name have arrived.

"Wait what... but how?"

Russel grumbles not sure what's going on and signs for it. He heads from the bay to go pick this up. Did Katina have anything to do with this? Was it some of his old comrades from the Steel Dragons? He had no damn clue!

Huh? You received a package?

[Setsuko will follow curiously, though she has no idea what's in the shipment yet.]

Russel pauses looking over his shoulder and sees Setsuko.

"Yes I have no idea whom it's from and I'm not sure if it's actually for me it's ... several flats of energy drinks. Have you heard anything about this?"

No...

[Setsuko shakes her head, slowly.]

Why would one person need so many energy drinks, anyway?

Russel looks right at Setsuko, how to explain the thing that keeps Katina happier than she would be otherwise.

"I don't drink them, Octo One does, like some people like Rum."

He looks left and right like he expects doom to come down upon him.

[Setsuko follows Russel's example, making sure Katina is nowhere around.]

That does explain a lot, doesn't it.

Russel doesn't drink them no, after all Katina would just swipe them in the end.

"We should be almost there soon...I still wonder who the heck sent this?"

Do you think she has fans?

[Setsuko remembers it's Katina they're talking about.]

"I do not know but if she does and she finds out? We'll never live it down, also the idea of more people who wish to paint their mecha with the blood of their enemies...is a rather scary thought."

How serious /is/ Russel being there? It's hard to tell.


"We should be there in a moment I already signed for it. I just needed to pick it up..."

[Setsuko decides not to think about it too much.]

If Russel and Setuko only knew they might turn and flee now.

"Got a package not sure whom it's from seems to be energy drinks but I'm not sure Hayao. Hows Skull Squadron doing?"
