[Ashe and her friends have hauled the captured Raiders temporarily into the cells at Alhambra base, with the permission of Unity command, until they know what to do with them, since there were rather more than expected. And as she comes up from the cells, she dusts off her hands and grins]

Now for introductions and stuff. So, hey everyone, I'm Ashe. I'm a Hunter for the Legion. Thanks for the assist before - that could have got a bit hairy. [What, does she mean it didn't?]

We'll be with you a few days while we get word on where these guys we captured should go. Don't worry, we won't be a bother, right guys?

Oh, and on the Biometal thing - I know you're probably curious, but I honestly have no idea what happened there, either. Sorry! Model A apparently also doesn't - he says he can't remember much except that he really doesn't want that Prometheus guy to get his hands on him.

Totally human, but most definitely not normal. In the story of my life I can't settle for a boring protagonist, right?

Pretty much. Finding treasure, investigating alien stuff, and high speed criminal chases - and even better, getting paid big bucks to do it!

Beats me, honestly. All I know is that Model A says that a biometal can give people powers by turning them into Mega Men, but they can only link to a handful of humans. Seems kind of random, too.

All we knew is that it was some sort of dangerous artifact that we probably shouldn't leave in the hands of criminals.

Well, there were rumors among the hunters that biometal was some sort of horrible artifact that ate souls and stuff, but honestly this little guy seems harmless.

That's what they said, yes. You know how rumors are. I'm almost disappointed, but on the other hand, I came out of it with some sweet booty, so not complaining!

I'm pretty sure I don't eat souls! ...I think.

A Hunter... I heard that means one who uncovers the relics from the past. Is the Biometal you speak of another such relic?

Probably! It's some kind of very unusual artifact, I know that. The bounty to recover it and grab the guys who found it was pretty big.

Can I see it? I have some interest in such items from the past. You could even say the city where I live was built on them.

From what you're saying, I take that Model A can talk? I can't hear anything, though.

Yeah, apparently only a few people can hear Biometals speak. Model A was super surprised when I could hear him!

The only people who can hear me are people who I could link with, I think.

He says only those he could link with can hear him. Probably.

Ah, the Hunters guild. You guys have a lot of good tech for basically being a bunch of mercs, but then I suppose there are others around here in a similar situation...

Is it true you guys actually use Buster weapons? Not a common choice.

Yep. When you're in our line of work, you want something that lets you carry a lot of shots without weighing you down.

I tuned mine a bit to have a little more punch, of course. I don't need as many bullets as most.

I don't really snipe - normally the bad guys coming at me get very close up and personal!

I've always preferred handguns. Something you can carry in a holster. Rifle straps are a pain.
