[A few days after the vacations, the delegation from the Gebian Ministry of Health arrives. Which means it's time for the event we've been planning for some time! An impromptu sports field has appeared on the edge of Alhambra base, where volunteers (grand majority of them members of Unity Group) can participate in various games and disciplines. Some of them are common, others strange and exotic! And while this goes on, the delegation (as well as various other random onlookers) watches - a group of insectoid Gebian aliens who all look way too similar to an untrained eye. It's even hard to tell which one is the minister! But she has to be here, right? Hetepheres is, at least - the general seems to spend most of the time playing guide for the visitors.]

[This is an open log, but one thread per sports discipline please. No limitations on what disciplines go, as long as they're something that's really played in real life! You can participate in more than one event if you want to.]

[Yuuya stops the ball rather cleanly with the inside of his right knee and dribbles the ball briefly down the field.]

Tell that to some of the South American players, I can't believe how rowdy they get in some of their games.

[Yuuya flips the ball up behind him with his feet allowing it to arch to the front/side of him and catches it with his foot to arch to another player.]

They get rowdy? I thought it's not a contact sport...

[Izuru hits the ball with his head... sending it flying high into the air. It'll be a while before it comes down.]

Have you ever seen soccer on TV?

[Asagi watches the ball fly all the way up. It doesn't look like he's eager to get it again.]

[Looks like the players are more busy bantering than kicking the ball.
Let's hope Gebians will think it's a part of the game.]

[Yuuya watches the ball come down and manages to get underneath it cleanly enough to bounce it off of his forehead towards the appropriate goal. Before it hits the ground Yuuya hooks his foot underneath it and hooks it towards the goal.]

Well that's probably enough banter let's try to get the game back with a bit of action.
