Hey everyone... I just wanted to thank you all for helping me get Tiffa back. I know there was a lot more going on out there but... But all the same you came to help me, you know, as well for your other reasons since those weird brothers came after us for... well who knows why.

But... yeah... thanks everyone.

Someone else wants to join in with thanks. After glancing to the side uncertainly, looking at (offscreen) Jamil who nods encouragingly, the ex-kidnappee herself speaks up.

Tiffa is not good at dealing with strangers.

No worries. Seems we deal in rescuing damsels and dudes in distress...

[A few less scares from one of their own would be nice, but Ken can save his sentiments on that for elsewhere.]

But I don't think this was exactly a coincidence either. Tiffa's a target, and whoever's after her already proved they'll blaze through the Freeden's defences to get her.

I wish I knew who it was. The guy who hired me to get her... well... I kind of killed him already, so... I'm not sure who those other guys were...

But one of them snuck aboard the Freeden though!

Exactly. And I wouldn't put it past them to do so again. Probably when Freeden isn't hanging around so close to one of our bases - they'll be able to get an idea of the distance to the response time.

So I'm thinking... maybe she shouldn't be on the Freeden.

Well... I'd prefer that too but I don't know that Jamil would even allow it. He doesn't seem like the type that would even humor the idea.

Well... if he can come up with a better idea to keep the clearly kidnap-worthy teenager out of harm's reach, fine.

Otherwise, we don't necessarily have to humour him either...

Yeah. I saw we still got hit pretty hard but... it could've gone a to nworse... I can't imagine how bad it would've been without Tiffa's help as well.

I'm not surprised that so many people want to abduct Newtypes and use them for their own ends. I don't approve of what they're doing, but I'm not surprised.

Of course we protect each other, we are team mates after all. But it is not as if we are... dedicated saviors for each other, like we knew each other all life.

The both of you should be open with how you feel about each other, otherwise there might be some kind of a misunderstanding.
