You see Walt with a tray of food. But he's not in the cafetaria this time, he's sitting under a tree in the field outside of Alhambra base.. He removes his glasses and crunches his eyes with his right hand, before calmly arguing an empty spot.

"Can't you guys leave me alone for a while? I'm trying to eat here?"

He then sighs, and stares at his heavily bandaged left hand for a long time.

Before grabbing a fork and stabbing his left hand violently.

Well, I need catharsis once in a while. And it's not only making me see things. I know that it shouldn't be possible but... I know they see things too. For whom, I don't know.
