I know...The part that worries me is the success they have. Why didn't anybody stop him getting the parts for doom satelites before he launched them? It just seems like if things can get this far, our job will never end, even if the alien invaders are stopped.

A SOLDIER'S WORK IS NEVER REALLY EVER FINISHED. THERE'S ALWAYS GOING TO BE THREATS AS LONG AS THERE ARE PEOPLE.

YOU JUST DO YOUR JOB UNTIL YOU CAN'T OR YOU DECIDE YOU WON'T, AND THEN SOMEONE ELSE TAKES YOUR SPOT AT THE LINE.

We're not just the ordinary military, we're a special crisis response unit to deal with the major threats facing the world. I'm just wondering if those will ever let up.

Makes it harder to figure out when to quit...Hopefully things will at least be under control for a while so none of us need to feel like we're abandoning our friends in the middle of a severe crisis.
