[Somewhere in Oregon]
It's a calm, warm day. On a hill above a military base far away from the UG, Eva sits with a notepad and pencils, sketching quietly. Her picture isn't like the view in front of her at all; there are some lopsided-looking mountains added in, and where the airfield rests below her there is only a pit, a gaping maw in the earth. It dominates the center of the picture, pulling attention away from the hastily-drawn trees and mountains around it.
She erases one of the trees, sketches it again, then looks at her work.
"...Hrmph."

[Leos simply sits next to her, looking out to the distance before glancing at the drawing.]
Just how similar was what you saw in your sleep to this?

[She erases that pesky tree again, leaving its spot blank for the moment.]
...There was snow, there. A pale sun. Things moving in the dark of the pit.

[Leos pauses, glancing out at the area before his hand reaches out to get a hold of Eva's drawing hand.]
Here...
[His grip is only fairly uncomfortable... though not unbearably so as he wasn't intentionally applying force. His smile wavers a little as he tries to guide Eva's movements a little to get that tree there. Admittedly with his now less than stellar muscle control it was a bit more of a trial. The question is though... does it look right?]

[Eva winces a bit at the pressure, but follows the guide-and though it takes a long while, that tree comes out looking much better.]
...You've done this before.

[He lets go of Eva's hand, looking a little bit happier at the fact that the tree looks better now.]
A lot. Not very often anymore though.

...I'm still new at this.
Thank you.

And you're welcome.

...So? What brings you out here today?
I don't imagine you just came to enjoy the view.

[The other Frighteners were getting on his nerves really.]

...I had a similar reason, today.

"Commander Klein sir. There's a matter requiring your attention."
...Really?
[Leos just shakes his head with a rueful chuckle before walking away. Remille however chooses to remain, waiting until Leos was out of sight before storming over to Eva and attempting to grab her by the collar.]
"Its time you and I had a talk you worthless waste of space."

[Eva puts down her drawing tools and turns on her seat so she's facing Remille.]
Alright. Let's talk.

[It was a leap of logic only her brother could have made really. Then again she was just quieter, not less crazy.]
"Are you mimicking his interests just so you could play the role of the commander's lap dog like that Venczel whore does to Gavin? Or is it just in your nature to be servile to people and throw yourself on them?"

[Eva jumps to her feet, her hands balled up.]
I've been drawing for quite some time. And I only ever learned that Leos did today. I'm not here to serve anyone or become their lover, I just want an answer I need.
...It's taking a while, is all.

[Well someone's certainly jealous. Remille snarls the words out as she glares hatefully at Eva, one hand moving for her gun but not drawing it. An unsubtle gesture of what she would do.]

Do as you wish.
