Hey, may I know what do you think about those SSR guys? And what is Unity Group's formal relationship with them anyway? Are they ally? Enemy? Tsundere Ally?

Are they an enemy? No, I don't think so. They're just... doing their own thing.

But they're much more interventionist. Would Unity Group launch a whole operation to bring down a government? Even an illegitimate one.

Hmm... to be honest, back then when I was still wandering out there, I actually also sometimes wondered why Unity Group never acted against NUNE.

Is it a matter of jurisdiction? Allowance? It's none of UG's business? Why can SSR act against them?

NUNE and ESUN... these were the two power blocks, even if the former was much smaller. But there are countries that do not belong to either. Unity Group is an ESUN organisation so we didn't really have jurisdiction to act outside of it, unless the circumstances were special.

SSR isn't sponsored by the ESUN council. At least, not officially...

Nah, if they're the good guys too, it's pretty great for Earth then. Especially if the news are true, that they are just as good as Unity Group. Can you remember how many times Unity Group has prevented an apocalypse? Now earth can face twice the amount of apocalypse and still survive!
