After Operation Heaven's Gate, you have one more surprise in store. Remember the Thuverl-Salan class Zentradi ship that rammed the Hermodr? The still damaged ship now approaches Earth forces, and it's not alone.
"Hold! Hold fire!"
An older looking Zentradi appears in a transmission sent to all forces present.
"I am Exsedol Formo, the record keeper attached to fleet commander Britai Kridanik. As representative of the Britai fleet, I want to talk. Negotiate, in person!"
This strange diplomat arrives on Macross safely, however as soon as he's there (in miclonized form), there is a complication...
"Before we talk, I want you to show me. Show me your Deculture."

Some time later...
Somehow, it happened. Peace has been negotiated between Earth and Zentradi - well, at least the Britai fleet ones! But there are other Zentradi fleets, so it'd be wise to prepare for them coming too... but in the meantime it's time to celebrate peace.
"I do."
"Ah... that's the wrong order! That comes after the priest asks you Milia."
"Why is that? I do not see why we shouldn't cut straight to the point."
Also a wedding occurs. A wedding between Max Jenius and Milia Farina - a human and a Zentradi woman. Well, if it can end without shenanigans at least.

Also a certain pacifist (and a jerk) is observing this all with a serious expression.

"So this is the organisation Teoria spoke of..."
Another strange person shows up. This time it's an elaborately-dressed young woman, who speaks up as soon as she notices anyone staring.
"Ah! Greetings. I am princess Armana Tikvah, currently fleeing from the Balmarian empire that declared me an enemy. I seek refuge, and I was told I can find it here."
"I realize this is troublesome but I humbly ask to be put under your protection."

"While we were in space with GDF, the SSR launched a large scale offensive in South America. Their objective was to break the NUNE hegemony and it looks like they've succeeded. The capital has been conquered, their armies destroyed and it looks like New United Nations Earth is no more. Thought you'd like to know."
"Oh yeah, there's also a short message one of theirs left for us."
"Viletta Vadim speaking. I know you're probably wondering, if NUNE didn't break any further international laws or try to expand its territories for a while, why SSR hit it only now."
"The truth is, one of Master Albert's transmitters was detected in its territory - but NUNE denied us access. I know how dangerous Albert is. The sooner we find his lair the better. If NUNE prevented us from doing so... well, that's the same as being his allies, isn't it?"
"But that's just an official justification. New United Nations Earth was a rogue state, a dictature not recognized by any legitimate government. I am sure with them gone, lives of people in South America will become easier. And if any more tyrannies or banana states like that appear - SSR will take care of them too."
