"And now to make matters even worse, your 'mobile base', the one we installed ridiculously expensive TSEN devices in is floating somewhere around Uranus! What do you have to say for yourselves?"
"Well..."
"I'd call any of these hardly our peoples' fault. The Ministry attack is Japan's domestic matter, outside of Unity Group's jurisdiction. The new aliens' appearance is not something you can blame us for either, is it?"
"Unity Group does not function for long, but we already secured a first victory against UE and Wulgaru. Did that ever happen before? I don't think so. The newcomers will soon face our wrath."
"Promises and excuses." The inspector doesn't look satisfied, but even he cannot ignore Unity Group's achievements.

The report details an attack on the Japanese Ministry of Defense building, an attack during which high secret documents were stolen.
From interrogations of captured terrorists, it is very likely that their leader is an infamous figure...
