[With the Earth remaining under siege and no end being in sight, the ESUN has asked Unity Group to provide some of its pilots to visit various workplaces to build morale and Commander Antov agreed. Different groups have been sent, but you've been paired with Kei as you get to pretend to work everywhere from a kindergarten to a hospital to more unusual places. Whatever you're doing, she's clearly uncomfortable and trying to avoid letting it show. What kind of place are you currently at?]

[In the car between two places late in the day, Kei is very quiet and just trying to focus her attention on some weird drink.]

Why did they think this was a good idea?

Don't push too much. Everybody needs to get a chance to pet the kitty...Don't do that! [Some teeth comes forward as a kid reaches out to pull Skald's tail again. She glances at the cat and gives him an awkward smile. For once she didn't have it the worst on this exercise.]

[Skald simply glanced back and shrugged before turning around to put his paw on the head of the kid who tried to tug on his tail.]

Meow.

[Said child seemed to have just stopped, looking a little confused and bewildered before simply sitting back. Skald then trots over to one of the others who was trying to reach out to him and promptly deposited himself on the kid's lap like a voluminous blanket and purred.]

"He's very warm."

"Awww! How come he likes you more?"

"Maybe he wasn't the one who liked pulling on his tail so much."

"You pulled on his ears!"

Stop that, both of you. Pulling his tail or his ears hurts him.
