Sentient humanoid robots, power armored singing magical girls, a guy who toppled a tower with his own strength... All of this is kinda insane. But also cool, in a way he'd never admit to anyone.]

The world is a much crazier place than I thought...

[Fortunately, Chika has been keeping count of the number of people who addressed her this way, especially a certain monkey boy. It bothers her a little less this time...and she sighs.]

I guess it's not as bad as the guy who thought he was hallucinating...

You know, you're right. I shouldn't be surprised at this point. No offense, but you're not even the third most out-of-ordinary creature I saw today.

[This actually makes the little bird glad. So glad that it flies over to the armrest of Asagi's couch.]

There's a war between sentient giant robots who can turn into vehicles, and some of them are on our side, and in the base right now. The only way to fight the Noise is for magical girl idols from a group that's way too popular among UG members to sing at them. Their boss toppled a tower with raw strength. And apparently you can take power and store it in glowing cubes.

[Pondering time. If Chika's wings were hands, she'd be cupping her chin right now.]

It is a lot to take in, even for me. And this is after an eagle tried to eat me at one of your Earth bases.

An eagle, at a base? What was it even doing here? We gotta do something about it, or else it might get you next time!

Hey, it's fine. I had a little talk with him and he agreed not to bother me anymore!

[That doesn't sound like Chika means it, and she's not even trying. What really happened to the eagle though, is a mystery.]
