Now that's a seriously theological question. We've got a lot of theories about that - but the one everyone really believes in is Primus - the first Cybertronian.
I wouldn't call him a 'god' but he was really important to us. He made the first thirteen Transformers, and then we came from them. Some figure that Primus became the heart of our planet, the Super Computer Vector Sigma... or even our planet itself.
