...Not every level. People like to joke about how much of a conspiracy theorist I am but its impossible for an organization to have fingers everywhere.
Its more likely that maybe they have something that would draw in all kinds of people. The poor would do it for money, food... a warm place to stay. People higher up would want something to give them an edge politically... favors... maybe even longevity.
The one thing that was definitely confirmed about my informant was that the same five people were always seen from the very start of when the court was recruiting. That girl who was calling the shots was one of them. So maybe that last one could be likely.
With how long they have they probably have contacts on every continent, but still don't have enough pull to keep their actions completely hidden. Why else would they have to use force to try get this?
