Welcome to the ц-04 Frontline Supply Base. It's on Kamchatka, which means the surroundings are very cold, very Russian, and possibly BETA-infested. Why are you here?
Argos Flight is going to test an anti-BETA weapon in this inhospitable environment, and parts of Unity Group were dispatched too, in case something goes wrong.

"Unity Group. I am Lt Colonel Fikatsia Latrova, commander of the 211 Batallion Zhar. When the railgun test begins, it will be my Battalion's duty to lure the BETA in and keep them at bay while the weapon is being fired."
Say hello to the woman in charge? Or perhaps her subordinates - eishi of Batallion Zhar look young on average, and very unhappy to see you here. Several spit and leave at your sight (not while Latrova is watching of course), others mutter between themselves in Russian. Not the warmest of greetings.
[2]
That's for foreigners, but what about other Russians?
Batallion Zhar treats them no better. As a matter of fact, Inia and Cryska, the Scarlet Twins, are right there!
And they are being accosted by over a dozen of local pilots, who surround them, nasty intents clear from their expressions.

"Stay back! I will bleed dry the first dog who tries to... ugh!"
"Cryska!"
Worst time ever for the older of the two to suffer from a psychic headache.
[3 - mostly for Yuuya]
Day after the enjoyment from prompts above, it's time to proceed with the test!

"This is the EML-99X Electromagnetic Induction Launcher." Yui presents the anti-BETA railgun to Yuuya.
"Should something happen... I am not saying it will, but if something bad happens, abandon the weapon and retreat to safety, do you understand? Make sure it's destroyed, so no one can steal it and copy the design."
It seems she doesn't trust the hosts much...
Soon enough, first signs of BETA are detected and Zhar is dispatched to box them in. Everything proceeds as planned and the weapon is ready to fire, but...

"..."
"Something's wrong!"

-Hello?-

These ladies obviously do not want to be bothered. I suggest you obey their wishes.

Asks a girl not much older than Volya himself, maybe sixteen.

Hey... hey what's going on here? This doesn't look like its very fun.
[He was enjoying a pudding cup while walking around the base when he heard the yelling from the scarlet twins. Leos raises an eyebrow at the thugs with a lopsided smile.]
Come ooon. We're all eishi here right? We're all friends. The BETA are our enemy after all. We should concentrate on maiming and killing them~.

"Americans think they can stick their nose anywhere. Get lost or you get taught a lesson too!"

[He rubs his arm anxiously before he continued.]
-Um... I... why's everyone here... so angry?-
[He barely managed to keep himself from saying 'so close to my age'.]

"Russians treat us like garbage, let us die, you call this friends? But we'll see who's garbage when left tied up to a fence - with no clothes!"

"Dismissed, Lieutenant. Leave the two of us alone for a while, alright?"
Then Latrova moves in. Her stoic face actually breaks into a motherly smile for a split second - and without hesitation or even much muttering, the pilots leave.
"Let's talk before you make another mistake." She gestures outwards, prompting Volya for a small walk.

[Leos finishes off the rest of the Pudding Cup before tossing it aside.]
No. I don't think so. If someone's garbage they'd be bloody, beaten and left piled up against a wall. Oooh... Like yooooou!
[Leos cackled a little as he pointed at the spokesperson of the Zhar thugs.]

-I... Of course... I don't have that much to do right now anyway. -

Now you have several people lashing out with punches and other extremities in your direction all at once, Leos. What do?

"They fled their homes when BETA attacked and for similar reasons. In exchange for providing refuge for their families, they were pushed into service by the Russian government. They had to endure tragedies and hardships, and in the end they are still treated as second class citizens just because they are not 'pure' Russians. Do you understand why my pilots hate those who were born in our country?"

[Volya presses his hands to his face when he realized he just put another bullseye on himself. IT JUST KEEPS HAPPENING.]

[Roger throws a metal ball to the first of the attackers as soon as they move in! What is this? The mystery is solved immediately, as he pulls out a remote and presses its button, causing the ball to zap the group of attackers with electric shocks.]
I am a negotiator, talking is my job. And your job should be piloting, not assaulting women.

[What do is not move. Stupid one might say and unnecessarily painful... but the very fact that he didn't buckle or budge though.]
Nghhehehehehehehe...HehehHAHAHAHAhAHAHAHAHA
Come on... I thought you said you were going to make me an example... or did you mean an example of a person who can kick your butts?
[Leos grabs one of the offending limbs and puts pressure on it before swinging the person it belonged into another of his attackers.]
But then again, I'm a janitor. Its my purpose in life to clean up garbage like you morons.
[Big words coming from someone who's getting quite a lot of bruises. Still, the implants helped.]

1 - more for fikatsia
The kinds of looks she's getting aren't new to her, but that doesn't mean she doesn't feel uncomfortable.
At the same time...]
...How long?
