Well that's what I'm assuming happened after the last mission she was on. Willis was crushed by a dragon Kijin, Seta fully manifested her, craft I think you call it? We kill it and then in the last mission Seta was able to fully manifest her craft and then change forms into a golden unit instead of the white-silver one and it used a spear instead of it's other weapons.
