[After a long, rough month Kei can be found back in her favorite room of the base, the kitchen. As usual, what she's working on is sweets, at least going by the smell of chocholate and the presence of a bain marie on the stove. Unusually, there's no neon jelly or anything like the sickly sweet smell making you almost feel itchy being near it that her cooking usually produces. Even more unusually, she genuinely looks happy as she works.]

2 [Locked to Izuru]

[A short while later, she can be found outside Izuru's door, holding a plain, unadorned cake box that she apparently scrounged up for a bit. After a short moment to psyche herself up, she knocks.]

[...And just a bit later, a visibly downcast Kei can be seen walking away from Izuru's room. She's heading to the nearest kitchen to pull out one of her condensed milk drinks before beginning her walk back to her own room.]

Prelude To The Stoning

1. [Roger wasn't present at Unity Group much for the past few days... But now he suddenly reappears, looking like a man who's been very busy with something important lately. Without a word, he throws a picture on a desk - a low-quality photograph, showing a Megadeus skulking in the shadows, between two buildings. What little can be seen of the robot is covered in bandages.]

It's how I suspected. He's back. Schwarzwald is alive.

2. [this happens shortly before the mission, and is locked to ??? only]
[Roger received a tip from Angel about Schwarzwald's whereabouts - it's surprising the woman knew about all this, but she's always been a mysterious lady. The negotiator arrives at the scene, which turns out to be a big, fancy party at the top floor of one of Paradigm's most luxurious buildings. Everyone is wearing masks, and Roger also receives one - but while the crowd engages in debauchery, most of them completely drunk, he stays away from the party and looks around. There is a reason he came here.]

Obligatory Canon-Ending Post

[1.] Alright, Percy. I got a bone to pick with you...

[Sarah and her ex-husband stare each other down from across a hallway. You could cut the tension in the air with a knife-and why not? Percival was the last of the knights to leave Zieg's side, and attacked Sarah in that final fight while she was trying to deal with other foes. The two stare at each other silently for what seems like an eternity, before Percival closes his eyes.]


...Do what you will.

[Sarah marches right up to him, fire in her eyes, throws him into a headlock-and proceeds to give the knight a merciless noogie.]

You idiot! Staying behind to keep an eye on Jacob is cool and all, but how was I supposed to know you weren't a crazy insane asshole! You didn't even tell Nathaniel you were just waiting for him to get you out of this! And you nearly got yourself killed because of Zieg's sabotage! Being a last-minute reinforcement is dramatic as all hell, but what am I supposed to do if you die in the process! And what if I ended up hurting you, huh?! Were you just gonna call for a time-out in the middle of the battle!?

That is...well...

Well, what!

...I had faith in you.

[Sarah lets Percy go, and for a moment, it looks like all is well-before she punches him in the ribs.]

[After the battle in Paradigm City, Hibiki's been practicing more with her newly-discovered Piston Punches, trying it out in the areas outside of Fort Alhambra.  Charge, prime piston, punch.  Charge, prime piston, punch.  Even if this doesn't seem to qualify as being her Armed Gear, the extra oomph her punches are getting from this is pretty evident.  But before long...]
