Somebody has some 'splainin to do (Post Dance of Death)
[1]
[During the last mission Strahlend was torn apart, impaled by the claw of a dragon, struck by lightning and crushed into scrap. Despite the damage, the machine somehow returned to the hangar of Alhambra Base in working condition. The medical crews practically leaped onto the machine after it landed. Forcing Willis onto a stretcher and bringing him into the infirmary immediately.
Anyone who visits after the medical team finally finished looking at him would find Willis working at yet another mountain of plates with a single fork in his right hand. The extent of his injuries can be seen on the convenient X-Rays scans posted nearby. Both his legs and left arm were completely crushed and most of his ribs were cracked. In fact, he hasn't even been bandaged up. Apparently he told the medical staff that it would be a waste. The only thing he requested was a large meal. From the large hole in the right side of his undershirt it's easy to tell that the dragon also got a bit of him when it impaled the machine. The fact that he was even conscious made no sense.]
[2] [Exactly one day later]

[Willis is up and about, walking around the base like the previous day never happened. The man had somehow healed up from his injuries bizarrely fast. Considering that his legs were just a mangled mess the previous day, it's a rather miraculous recovery. ]
[3]

[It's late at night and Willis seems to be watching the footage from the later part of the fight with the Kijin and AEG. When the strange crystalline machines show up on the screen Willis' expression noticeably changes into one that can only be described as pure hate.]
They really do act just like...
[Willis manages to catch himself and shakes his head in order to keep himself from thinking about his past.]

That was one hell of a stunt to pull there Willis. I'm happy that everyone is home alive but what you put everyone else through is a pretty shitty thing to do. I don't know what kinda of messed up tech, magic, or vodoo that you pulled to make you and your mech function like they do in that manner but not telling anyone before you go and get yourself crushed into scrap by a giant monster is not acceptable.
We thought you were dead and while it did push Seta into better controlling her powers it still pushed a lot of anger and hurt on to everyone and could have cost more lives if things had gone worse. You should consider yourself lucky you're already beat to hell because if you weren't I'd probably beat the hell out of you myself. I might still do it when you're back on your feet but as pissed off as I am about this bullshit I'm still glad you're alive and healing. Scare us again like that and I'm sure I won't be the only one in here chewing your ass.
Now I'd like at least some sort of explanation as to what happened out there because at this point playing it off is not going to be acceptable anymore.

I got better?

Okay, HOW did you get better then? most people can't just survive getting impaled and crushed and be eating plates and plates of food within a matter of hours. It'd be worth an explanation just so we'll know what to expect and when we need to worry.

It's a bit hard on us regular Joes to hold you guys to the same standard and then keep finding out that "Oops, guess I forgot to tell you that within X scenario I'm functionally immortal. Sorry about that!"
We all thought you died, we ran and fought as hard as we could but that beast just laughed at us. It was bad with Leos, bad with Seta and she came right back, but adding you into that mess? I'm just getting tired of this, I'm happy you're safe but the emotional drain is too much, even Stella and the others are starting to wear thin from this even if they hide it better. If you can't talk now can you at least promise that as soon as you can you will? Think of what it does to us to watch that.

[Instant expression change.]
I was lucky that everyone else was around or they really would have fed on my corpse.

Gonna need to do better with the facial expression if you want to keep stuff hidden, though.

Besides, knowing Shu Shirakawa he was probably faking his death as a part of some brilliant plan.

[Yeah. You don't just recover from something like that. Not in the way Willis did. And that shit-eating grin on his face is doing nothing to deter suspicions.]
Re: 2
[Yup, he's going to stay dodgy about this.]

Most people also wouldn't have healed so quickly either. And considering how many people we've had who've been open about their "little secrets" -including the girl you were supporting out there- I wouldn't mind you being honest about your own.
You don't seem to have any connection with that viking we have, but that's just one theory off the board and I'd rather just hear about the one that's true.

Although, I might reconsider if you were questioning me over a nice dinner some time.

[Of course, it's easy to tell from his face that he's trying to mess with Heph.]

I'm definitely a gigantic fool. That's something I'm sure of.
