You know if you broke something important it's probably best to fess up to it, take your lumps and get it fixed by someone who knows what they're doing. Trying to sneak shoddy repairs is likely to cause a lot more problems in the long run.

We were forbidden to play with those anymore but that one Major Kagura stomped on looks so miserable, so I thought I'd fix it somehow.

Honestly at this point I'd check with the magical or mysterious members of the team. After Kagura decided to put her size 30 mechanical foot down on that I'm pretty sure a lot of essential components are now flat or in so many pieces that they'd be impossible to put back together.

Tell you what I'll ask Vincent if he can find anyone who might be able to pull a technological miracle but I can't promise more than that.

Worst case you can always get him a 4 pack of pudding.
