Talk About A Hothead
[1]
So, there was a fight. Specifically, between the newly arrived Yuuya, and the slightly less newly arrived Ken. Whilst the exact source and reasoning behind the conflict is still sketchy at best, pretty much every witness has confirmed that it was Ken who ultimately threw the first punch. His injuries are also the lighter of the two - he got by mostly with some severe bruises, maybe slight bits of blood loss, but nothing too bad. Right now, he's resting in Alhambra's medical room, probably in need of something to wake him up...
[2]
Though if you prefer to wait, you can instead find him cuffed and in a cell in the Sakihama base, after he has waken up and shown he'll shrug off most of his injuries. He looks... drained, physically speaking, and is mostly taking to relaxing against the wall as he sits on the bed. Occasionally, he flings his hands forward, as if trying to do something with such a strange manner of pose, but nothing comes, and he just gives dejected sighs. The guards'll let you in if you ask nicely, and aren't the same dude who pissed him off to begin with.

"So Ken what is this I ehar about you putting spells on a friend of mine....?"
Re: [2]
Dunno what you're talking about. I'm not a wizard.
Re: [2]
Her arms are folded and he's totally glaring at this point.
Re: [2]
[Why, his face seems like a perfect target right now...]
Re: [2]
"Uhuh, you seem to like lurking about barely clothed women so you also managed to land yourself in the brig to boot I see."
Ken's face is indeed tempting to punch but she does however restrain herself for now.

Hey, figured you could use a bit of an explanation and a pick me up.
[With that he helps Ken sit up and, after opening it, passes a bottle of root beer to him.]
After that beating it looked like you could use a drink but you look a little young for me to offer the real thing to. [He says as he takes a pull from his bottle] Look you kinda hit Yuuya in an odd way there buddy. I've known him for a long time now and he's got a lot of pride and a chip on his shoulder which I'm beginning to think is a Japanese tradition because it seems both you and Lt. Takamura are the same way. I'll admit that you were wrong for throwing that punch but if it went much further Yuuya was probably going to do the same thing so I wanted to ask you to forgive him for that. He doesn't know I'm here and would tear into me if he found out but he's a friend and this is my way of worrying about him.
Also I can't keep you out of a cell for the brawling but Lt. Takamura did ask me for a report and it seems like she's going to pull a few strings to keep it to two or three days at most.

[Ken is up with a jolt, before being helpfully better eased into things...]

If you're that concerned for him, teach him to be less of a bigot. He's in Japan.
[Ken struggles a bit to take a drink, but he manages it... yet looks a little down as he pauses to consider what the other lad had said. It... wasn't exactly impossible to understand...]

[With that you hear the noise of the door opening and the guard returning.]
Well I think time's up here, I just wanted to be sure that you understood a little better. I think once you've had a bit longer to think about it and calm down you'll begin to understand, you didn't seem to be that different when you were yelling at each other.
[With that Vincent leaves the infirmary with a wave over his shoulder.]

[Ken looks away when the difference of bases is pointed out to him. Indeed, he seems to deflate and remain silent as Vincent finishes speaking, When he leaves, Ken can't help but tighten his fists, but does nothing because, well, armed guard and all that.]
If that asshole has a better side, I'd sure as hell like to see it...

I heard you got in a fight with one of the new arrivals. Also heard you say some peculiar things while you were trading blows.
Re: 2
[The way he averts his gaze, even he knows that its not quite what Mizuki meant.]

[And with that she leans in close.]
If you're going to get into fights with every schoolyard bully spewing crap, you're going to just be making yourself and Solaris as a whole look worse.

According to your opponent, you are the one who started. What do you have to say about this?
