The Decepticon Numbers on Earth are likely to be large, and most definitely skilled. I would count several specialists, especially in the field of air combat. It is possible that the ship they arrived in may make its presence known at some point as well.

Megatron is leading them personally, and most of his inner circle have come with him as well.
