Welcome to Nora
[For those of you making the trip to Nora to help with its defense, you'll be met with a whole lot of activity almost immediately. Between the colonial defense teams preparing their machines, various outside forces also arriving, and new hardware being delivered the place is a bustling little burb, one trying to be ready for the nasty fight that'll soon be on its hands. One might see base commander Hendrick Bruzar or his right-hand man Grodek Ainoa off in the distance, discussing things over with other important people on the scene.
[But also...]
Careful, careful!
[There's a particular machine that has an entire engineering team dedicated to it, currently working to re-attach an arm. For those of you familiar with your mobile suits, it's plain to tell by the thing's design: it's a Gundam.*Explodes*. But even more peculiar is that the person calling the shots here isn't any of the adults, but rather a kid who's one of the youngest if not the youngest person there.]

I just knew this would happen... why'd he have to run those extra tests on the Gundam's arm?

Whoa, a genuine Gundam? And a new design?

[And then he turns and sees the Rose just looking at the AGE-1. And Flit's just gonna stare back in confusion. Liz, your robo-ness is showing.]

[The Rose's head tilts to look at Flit, Liz focusing the speakers on him so they can have a normal conversation rather than her rudely blasting out her side to everyone in earshot. Well, as normal as it gets when one side's almost twenty metres tall.]
You designed that? That's amazing! Are you some kind of prodigy? Do you -
Ah! I have to hurry up and deliver these! Um - do you have a phone or anything?

Hm? I don't think I've seen a Gundam with this design before...

"An actual Gundam? Never thought I'd see one of those things..."
Russel muses for a moment before turning his attention to the kid near the machine. That in and of it self is a a bit of a shock however the kid seems to be working on the machine.
Russel's own Gespenst is there near by but it's fully loaded out and ready to deploy from the looks of it. If one took a look at the machine they might notice kill marks indicating shoot downs of Divine Crusade units and possibly some others from the looks of it.
"Do you need some help with your machine?"
His tone is serious he seems be accepting if this kid is here there has to be a reason for it.

Well it's only just now being finished up...
My own design, the AGE-1.

[He fishes a small device out of one of his pockets... pausing to look at it. The AGE Device... the foundation for everything. His mother's dying gift to him to be a savior.]
But here.
[And with that he transmits some data to Liz so she can drop him a line later.]
After you drop these off and maintenance is finished, I can talk more.

[A quick glance up and Flit gives some orders about adjusting the machine's arms before turning back to Russel.]
We're down to the wire with the AGE-1's development, and there's not enough time to spend getting anyone up to speed on its systems.

I've heard of young geniuses before, but that doesn't quite fit here...

[He pulls out the AGE Device, showing it to Mary.]
This is the key to everything I've worked on. It's the key that lets the AGE-1 Gundam operate and processes the data to help optimize its design.

[She gazes curiously at the key.]
I didn't even know that ideas for technology like this existed for a while now. Seems like the more I see, the more my own machine looks like an antique.

[Which leads us to here.]
